2003
Where it began
Ronald Numa began in Bucaramanga by trading live animals for slaughter. This first stage gave us a close understanding of the needs of producers, buyers and processing plants.
2009
Building trust
Accumulated experience, commercial relationships and a deep understanding of livestock-market dynamics strengthened an operation built around compliance and trust.
2012
A stronger operation
We formally consolidated the operation under the name Agrocomercial del Oriente S.A.S., expanding our capacity to serve live-cattle and meat-product businesses.
2013–2014
Opening new markets
We developed the first live-cattle export operations to Venezuela. One milestone during this period involved approximately 1,200 animals intended for slaughter.
2024
A new chapter
We began a new chapter as AG NUMA TRADING S.A.S., with a renewed identity, a growth vision for the domestic market and the prospect of new international opportunities.
